Casual Chinese restaurant with an edgy concept

Renshan(蓮香) is a casual Chinese restaurant which features local foods of minority communities in Jiangxi, Hunan, Yunnan, and Guizhou provinces. The characteristic of those cuisine is that it is often made with fermented ingredients or seasonings which deliver more complexity and variety of taste than do popular and normal Chinese foods.
