Modern Chinese restaurant with an edgy concept

Renshan(蓮香) is a casual Chinese restaurant which features local foods of minority communities in Jiangxi, Hunan, Yunnan, and Guizhou provinces. The feature of those cuisine is that it is often made with fermented ingredients or seasonings which delivers more complexity and variety of taste than do popular and normal Chinese cuisines.

The restaurant has only a course menu at JPY5,900. The course includes about 10 dishes, starting from cold starters.

If you want to have wines, you can take it from the refrigerator placed in the dining space. All the bottles are priced at JPY2,500. Though quite reasonable price, the wines are carefully selected so that you would find the good combination with the dishes.

Dan dan mian – noodle mixed with minced pork and Chinese pepper

I guarantee that you would be really full and be satisfied with the dishes. These are totally different from normal Chinese foods.
