Shonzui(祥瑞) in Roppongi calls itself a bistro and wine bar, but it is a casual steak house for me. The restaurant serves fine biodynamic wines with its nice steak. This is one of the first restaurants which started to use biodynamic wines before the category of wine becomes popular in Japan.

Guests can order any size of steak from the list. I recommend to order two or three different types of meat and share them in the group. The steak is cut and served in one plate with french fries and watercress, – the best partners of steaks.
It serves bistro cuisines as appetisers. My favourite ones are mushroom salad and burrata with tomato salad.
The place is very casual, and the mood is really like that of a typical bistro in Paris.
The average budget is ¥10,000 per person.
