SHIBUYA CHEESE STAND opened in 2012 with the concept of providing this town fresh cheese. This cheese shop makes its cheese in house everyday. You can enjoy really fresh cheese such as Mozzarella or Burrata.
Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and fresh cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains cream cream and stracciatella, which is a cheese produced from Italian buffalo milk. This cheese has an unusual, soft texture and creamy taste.
The most burrata we can have in Tokyo is imported from Italy. The importing process takes quite a bit of time, and before it reaches our mouths, the taste of the fresh cheese unfortunately changes slightly. This cheese shop procures milk from Hachioji, a western city of Tokyo, and makes fresh cheese in house everyday. So its fresh cheese is really fresh.

This cheese shop sells its homemade fresh cheese for to-go, and it is also equipped with eat-in space.
Burrata is at ¥1,080, and mozzarella is ¥570. I recommend to try the burrata. It is absolutely fresh.
