Very flexible seafood trattoria in Tokyo

Bogamari Cutina Marinara is a Italian restaurant specialized for fine seafood. On an off-street in Kitasando(北参道) area, the trattoria was opened in November 2013.

The restaurant is a branch of a popular Italian restaurant, Trattoria il figo ingordo, in Roppongi.

This restaurant is very unique in that it does not have a grand menu. The guests can choose fish, clam, prawn, and other fresh seafood stuff from the show case placed in front of the kitchen, and then consult with chef and service manager how to cook the food stuff.

Having “today’s appetizers” with fine Italian wines, the guests wait for the main course. The dishes are 100% order-made. You can add anything and change any way as you like.

This restaurant has a well experienced sommelier; she knows Italian wines very well. Tell your preference and budget. She can recommend several fine wines. I’m sure you’d love it.

The budget is JPY8,000~10,000 to enjoy the nice seefood cuisine and fine wines.
