Ozaki Yukitaka (尾崎幸隆) is a Japanese restaurant located in Azabujuban(麻布十番). The restaurant pleases its guests with the special wagyu beef, Ozaki beef, and fine tuna procured by a famous tuna wholesaler.
This restaurant is named after the origin or supplier of the fine beef and tuna; “Ozaki” is the name of the brand of its beef, Ozaki beef(尾崎牛), and “Yukitaka” is the first name of the president of a famous tuna wholesaler, Yamayuki(やま幸), in Tsukiji. Yamayuki’s fine tuna is used in the authentic sushi restaurants in Tokyo, for example Rinda(りんだ) as introduced in this blog before.

This restaurant serves a chef’s special course which consists of 10 dishes at JPY15,000 + tax. In the middle of the course, the chef makes sushi in front of its guests.

Ozaki beef is very tender. It is one of the finest wagyu beef in Japan: Kobe beef, Matsuzaka beef, Ohmi beef, and Ozaki beef.
In the end of the course, the special rice menu will be served. When I visited last time in autumn, the meal was steamed rice with poached egg topped with white truffles! The flavor was amazing.
